Tony joined New York Life November 30, 1965 as the Staff Assistant to the Vice President in the Pension Department in the Home Office. Later, he was promoted to Assistant Manager of Pension Servicing in the Home Office. On January 1, 1985, Tony moved to upstate New York and became the Sales Development Manager of the Albany General Office. He lives in Latham with his wife Audrey of 38 years. Tony and Audrey have 3 sons Michael, Jason and Jeffrey. Tony’s hobbies include cycling, ice skating and cross country skiing.

Jan joined New York Life in September 1998 at the Finger Lakes General Office. She spent the first few years as the Agency Assistant before moving into the new business area. Jan then enjoyed the Office Coordinator position before being promoted to the Albany General Office as the Administrative Manager. The tenured staff at the Albany General Office includes Marilyn Schultz, Carol Holloway, Brenda Welter, Kathleen Ditzel, and Julie Ogden. Together they support the Managing Partner, 2 Partners, the Sales Development Manager, Agency Standards Consultant, and 40 agents.

Carol joined New York Life in March of 1984, starting out in the Target Life Department. She was a secretary in the Company’s Legal Department prior to transferring to the Albany General Office in September 1986. Since coming to the Albany General Office, she has attained an Associates Degree in Management from Maria College (1991) and has achieved the designations of ACS (Associate, Customer Service) and AIAA (Associate, Insurance Agency Administration). Carol is the Administrative Assistant for Managing Partner, Debbie Cowan and assists the Partners in the recruiting process, as well as performs secretarial duties for the General Office Management Staff. Carol grew up in Queens, New York before moving to upstate New York in 1986 with her husband Tom and 3 children, Julie Ann, Norma Jean and Eugene Thomas. The children are all grown and married with families now – blessing Carol and Tom with 9 grandchildren.

Hilary received her Bachelor’s Degree from Denison University and her paralegal certificate from Georgetown University. Prior to joining New York Life, Hilary worked as a branch office examiner and performed branch office audits for 6 broker dealers and acted as a compliance liaison between the field and the Home Office. She is committed to ensuring that New York Life Agents and Financial Service Professionals conduct business in an ethical manner and adhere to New York Life’s Agency Standards.

Andy was referred to Albany General Office by a fellow agent and hired in January 2000. During his six years of production, Andy qualified each year for sales recognition by company standards and the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table. Andy was promoted to Partner in August 2006 and each year is honored for his ability to recruit and develop quality agents for the company. Andy lives in Queensbury, NY with his wife Lisa of 21 years. Their daughter Jackie is a 2009 graduate of Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont and works for New York Life in Sleepy Hollow, New York.

Vincent joined New York Life at the Albany General Office in August 2006 as an Agent and Financial Services Professional. In his short tenure, he has received many accolades including Rookie of the Year in 2006, New Organization Agent Leader in 2007, New Organization Agent Annuity Leader in 2006 and 2007 and New Organization Leader of the month 9 times. Prior to joining New York Life, Vincent was Vice President with APS Financial in Houston, Texas for nine years and thirteen years on Wall Street also in the Financial Services Industry. Vincent is single and resides in Hudson Falls, New York.
